FDT Support Hotline Available in China
The Chinese Subsidiary of M&M Software GmbH hosts a technical support hotline for developers from FDT member companies on behalf of FDT Group as of 2010.
Following the growing demand for FDT Technology consulting, the FDT Group decided to set up a hotline specifically dedicated for China. The FDT Hotline provides support on FDT Technology related issues via email and phone, especially to smaller companies that do not have large development groups. The service is available from 9am until 5pm Beijing Time. The Hotline provides services such as receiving technical questions through email and phone, setting up an issue database. This Hotline is an additional service to the already existing Technology Forum that is available on the FDT Group SharePoint server. It’s a separate area within the SharePoint server where member companies can discuss development related issues as well as sharing experiences. The forum is supervised by the Technical Support Line in Europe.
The Hotlines in Europe and China and the Technology Forum are available for FDT Group members only. Contact details will be posted on the FDT Group SharePoint and announced to our members. The FDT Group would like to attract more Chinese local vendors and end users to become member of the FDT Group.
