PACTware will host four, live training roadshow events in October for automation professionals interested in learning more about the most widely deployed asset management program, known as PACTware. PACTware is a stand-alone FDT/FRAME application that unifies device management with a a single, open, standardized interface for complete interoperability, independent of the communication protocol/network, device/type or manufacturer.
Each half-day event led by sponsoring organizations will enlighten attendees about the technical scope and practical use cases of PACTware. To support the presentations, live training demonstrations will shed-light on how this unifying tool can simplify lifecycle management enabling a data-driven predictive maintenance strategy for integration and monitoring of devices and networks such as; FOUNDATION Fieldbus, IO-Link, HART, and PROFIBUS in a point-to-point and/or network-enabled connection. Additionally, add-on functionally for cloud, and mobile connectivity supporting the IIoT and I4.0 era will be showcased. Accessible via desktop, laptop, or mobile application, end users will leave educated with tips to improve operational efficiencies for their application.
The event is sponsored by major companies (Bürkert, CodeWrights, FDT Group, KROHNE, Pepperl + Fuchs, Softing, Turck, VEGA, and wetcon) in the industry and will be present with table-top exhibits allowing attendees to move about the room for direct exchanges as they wish with companies that have first-hand PACTware expertise and programs that include their DTM catalog offerings and services.
